The 12th Jiangsu international Agricultural Machinery Fair (AGMA China 2023) opened at the Nanjing International Expo Center on April 12.
AGMA China 2023 is the only professional exhibition of agricultural equipment in China recognized by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI). Co-organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Jiangsu Sub-council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT Jiangsu), the event attracted more than 300 agricultural machinery enterprises from 10 countries and regions including the United States, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Israel, Japan and South Korea.
The fair featured 16 exhibition zones showcasing different themes such as planting equipment, livestock handling equipment, fishery equipment, agricultural products primary processing, research institutes and financial services.
The fair also included a series of sideline events like the Agricultural Machinery Talent Strategy Summit, Agricultural Mechanization Innovation Forum, Jiangsu's exchange with the Netherlands and Vietnam, and the annual Academic Meeting of Young Agricultural Scientists.

Famous enterprises like John Deere, Kubota Corporation, YTO, World Group and Changfa Group participated in the exhibition. The fair displayed more than 4,000 kinds of machinery and technologies, presenting the latest equipment and technology, as well as future development trends in the agricultural machinery industry.
Visitors had the opportunity to view Kubota's advanced CX108Q combined harvester that can provide 109 horsepower and a speed of 2.7 meters per second, AGCO's innovative MF8S tractor, and digital farming by Jiangsu Thirty-three Information Co Ltd. Moreover, there were also strawberry picking robots, electronic field patrol dogs and unmanned harvesters.
The exhibition also facilitated meetings, negotiations and deals among farms, agricultural cooperatives, industry parks, and government authorities.
