The China-Europe Railway Express(China-Germany) Economic and Trade Conference opened in Wuxi Huishan High-tech Zone (Luoshe Town) on March 21.

During the event, the zone and Hamburg Liaison Office China signed a framework agreement on economic and trade cooperation.

Hamburg is the largest port in Germany and also an important railroad and aviation hub in the European country. Wuxi opened a freight train service with Hamburg as one of the destinations last year, a move welcomed by enterprises from both sides.

Representatives from HHLA, DB Cargo Transasia, EUROGATE and other  logistics companies introduced their business at the conference. They also expressed confidence in the freight train services as well as a win-win trade partnership.

Wuxi International Rail Freight Express Co Ltd has taken measures to create a stable land-based transport route. It has expanded the logistics network to reach key cities in Russia, Germany and Kazakhstan. Additionally, it offers customized logistics solutions such as special services for trade companies.
