The Jiangsu (Nanjing) Foreign-related Legal Service Center has officially opened in Jinyuan Mansion, No.181, Huju North Road, Gulou District. The center aims to meet the growing demand for international legal services among enterprises, enhance the concentration of high-quality legal service resources, and facilitate the connection between businesses and legal service providers. This initiative will empower Jiangsu enterprises to expand globally with confidence.
The center focuses on providing comprehensive consulting for foreign-related legal affairs, diversified resolution of international commercial and maritime disputes, and training for legal professionals in cross-border practice.
Its first group of resident institutions includes the Zijinshan International Commercial Mediation Institute, the Jiangsu Office of the Asia Pacific International Arbitration Court, the Foreign Law Ascertainment Service Centre of Nanjing Normal University, the Shicheng-Qibang-Xianghui Joint Venture Law Firm, and a circuit trial station of the Nanjing Maritime Court. By pooling resources for mediation, arbitration and litigation, the center creates a comprehensive dispute-resolution hub.
