Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government has decided that the 2020 spring semester for schools of all types (higher education institutions, primary and secondary schools, vocational schools, kindergartens, and nurseries) at all levels throughout the province should not start before the end of February in light of the latest developments of the novel coronavirus epidemic. The exact reopening date will be decided based on sound evaluation of the progress in epidemic prevention and control and made public in advance. 

During this period, educational authorities and schools of all types at all levels should give full play to the role of online education platforms and online media and provide students with online education and teaching activities such as tutoring and Q&A to facilitate home study. Mass gatherings including centralized teaching activities by schools of all types at all levels as well as offline training activities by off-campus training institutions will be suspended until the spring semester starts. 

重要なお知らせ！江蘇省は各学校の新学期を遅らせる 

疫病の感染状況に基づき、江蘇省政府は省内各種類の学校（大学・短大、高校、小中学校、中等職業学校、幼稚園、保育園）が2月末までに新学期のはじまりを控えることを決定した。新学期の具体的な期日について、感染抑制情勢を科学的な評価を経て、決まり次第社会に知らせるという。 

新学期を遅らせる期間中、授業を中止しながら勉学を続けるために、教育の各行政機関及び各学校からオンライン教育プラットフォームとネットワークメディアを利用し、学生・生徒に対し指導・質疑応答等オンライン教学活動を行ってもらう。さらに、新学期が始まる前に、各学校が集中的な教学等集合して活動の展開と補習教室がオフラインの集中的な補習授業を厳しく禁止することという。 

전성 학교 개학 연기 

신종 코로나바이러스로 인한 폐렴 상황에 따라 장쑤성정부는 전성 모든 학교 (대학교, 초·중·고교, 직업학교, 유치원, 어린이집 등)는 2월말전에 개학하지 않는다고 결정했다. 구체적인 개학일은  신종 코로나바이러스로 인한 폐렴 예방통제 상황에 따라 과학적인 평가를 한후에 결정하고 미리 사회에게 밝히겠다고 덧붙였다. 

개학 연기 기간에 각 급 교육 주관부서와 모든 학교들은 온라인 교육 플랫폼과 인터넷 미디어의 역할을 충분히 발휘하여 학생들에게 지도, 질의응답 등 온라인 교육을 제공해 주고 개학 연기하지만 공부 연기하지 않도록 해야 한다. 개학하기 전에 집중적인 개강 등 모임을 엄금하고 교육 훈련 학원들의 오프라인 집중 개강도 엄금한다.
