The Jiangsu delegation to the fifth session of the 13th National People's Congress in Beijing held its first plenary session on the afternoon of March 3.
The meeting unanimously elected Wu Zhenglong as the provincial delegation’s head, and Xu Kunlin, Wang Changsong, Han Liming and Ma Qiulin as deputy heads.
