More than 9,000 construction projects in Jiangsu Province, disrupted by the COVID-19 outbreak, have resumed work, according to Jiangsu Department of Housing and Urban&Rural Development.
Data from the department showed 465 government-invested projects in the province, involving 10,000 workers, were back on track by March 7.
By March 6, among the 611 shanty-area renovation projects in Jiangsu, 276 have renewed work, making up 45.17 percent. More than 200 landscape projects in the province have also renewed construction, with more than 3,000 people returning to work.
