A Dream of Red Mansions, an original dance drama by Jiangsu Centre for the Performing Arts (JSCPA), will stage four performances at Singapore's Esplanade Theatre from September 13 to 15. This will mark the award-winning dance drama’s first international performance.

Since its debut, the dance drama has toured across China and attracted nearly 400,000 viewers, which made it a phenomenal success.

A JSCPA representative said the initial plan of three shows was changed to four to meet the demand. Tickets for the three evening performances are already sold out, and 90% of the tickets for the additional afternoon performance have also been sold.
