The Jiangsu Provincial Food Culture Research Association was established in Nanjing on December 22.

The association aims to promote Chinese food culture, inherit culinary skills, enhance the province’s development of food culture, and foster the craftsman's spirit in the sector.
The association will work together with experts and scholars, industry professionals, master chefs and organizations to turn the goals into reality. It will also strengthen international cooperation to increase the global profile of Jiangsu’s food culture.
