On June 30, China Eastern Airlines launched the direct passenger flight service from Nanjing to Kuala Lumpur.

The daily flight, MU2969, departs from Nanjing at 22:50 and arrives in Kuala Lumpur at 04:40 the following day. The return flight, MU2970, departs from Kuala Lumpur at 05:50 and arrives in Nanjing at 11:35.

Nanjing Lukou International Airport serves as an important aviation hub for Jiangsu and China’s eastern region. Currently, the airport has routes covering more than 20 international destinations, including Milan, Sydney, Melbourne, Seoul and Tokyo, with nearly 350 international flights per week. It is committed to expanding its international flight network and enhancing the quality of its passenger entry and exit services.

During the summer travel season, the airport will also increase flights to popular tourist destinations such as Osaka, Seoul, Singapore, Bangkok, and Nha Trang.
