Jiangsu's imports and exports with member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) reached 198.84 billion yuan in the first seven months this year, up 6.8% year-on-year, according to Nanjing Customs.

The coastal province has seen an increase in its freight train services since the launch its first China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan rail-road intermodal freight train on October 13, 2022. A total of 473 train trips were made from January to July this year, an increase of 32.87% year-on-year.

The SCO (Lianyungang) Logistics Park currently operates six overseas warehouses and has handled 371 million tonnes of goods over the past decade.
