Wuxi City of Jiangsu Province held the signing ceremony for 37 major, modern agricultural projects on April 9, with a total investment of 2.91 billion yuan.

Wuxi has five leading agricultural enterprises at the national level and three products recognized by the national agro-product geographical indications. Moreover, farms developing in the form of modern agricultural park account for 52 percent of the total.

The 37 projects cover the whole industrial chain of agricultural production, processing, circulation, service and R&D, such as environment-friendly flowers farm and large-scale livestock and poultry breeding projects.
