During the fourth session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the CPPCC members from Jiangsu Province have submitted nearly 200 proposals that aim to promote the high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

The proposals focused on a range of topics including economic development, innovation, cultural initiatives, people's livelihood and well-being, and ecological protection. Most of the proposals were related to the country’s economic and social development blueprint for the next five years.

In fulfilling their advisory roles, the CPPCC members have also shared their ideas about important issues, such as rural revitalization strategy, integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, entrepreneurship, and domestic demand expansion.
