Jiangsu Bar Association and Jiangsu Notarization Association will offer free lawyer and civil notarization services for three types of medical workers within five years, according to a statement published on February 17.

The eligible are medical workers sent from Jiangsu to assist the fight against the novel coronavirus outbreak in Hubei Province, those infected by the virus on duty, and those outstanding staff recognized for their contribution at or above the city level. 

Services for arbitration and litigation disputes are also provided free of charge to corporates and enterprises that failed to fulfill production contracts due to producing necessities for the epidemic fight during the first-level emergency response period.
