The Fourth People’s Hospital in Huai’an has issued the first electronic invoice in the city’s medical sector, marking the start a digital drive in Jiangsu Province. The finance bureau of Huai’an launched the reform to promote e-invoice in last August amid efforts to reduce the use of paper bills and eliminate false documents.
