The 11th Jiangsu Horticultural Expo, the province’s top event of growing flowers, fruit and vegetables, will open at Tangshan area in Nanjing City on April 16.

The Nanjing Municipal Construction Committee has greatly promoted the improvement of road network around the destination, with a number of roads put into public service.

Xianlin Road, also the third ring road of Nanjing, has six lanes in two directions and allows a speed up to 80 km/h. Construction of the 6-km road, which serves as the main access to the expo venue, has featured landscapes, plants and flowers to form a great view. It takes just ten minutes to travel from Wanda Mall in Xianlin area to Tangshan through this rapid road.

The 1.1-km Jieyun Road and 1.4 km Mengbei Road will mainly serve visitors from north of the expo site including those travelling by Nanjing Metro Line 4. Mengbei Road, a two-way 6-lane expressway, links a subway station to the venue.
