Xuzhou has introduced 32 measures across eight fields to drive the stable economic recovery, according to a press conference held by the local government on September 17.
The city plans to stimulate consumption in both rural and urban areas, offering support for spending on new energy vehicles, culture and sports, and will host festivals featuring Han culture.
Xuzhou aims to promote stable growth and enhance the quality of foreign trade and investment. Efforts will also be made to facilitate the border entry and exit and residence permits for foreigners.
The city will also extend its export credit insurance initiative to cover small and micro-enterprises, and advance pilot pogroms for the Qualified Foreign Limited Partners (QFLP).
To bolster innovation-driven growth, Xuzhou will optimize the role of financial support, directing more services for small and micro tech firms.
