Nanjing University of Science and Technology has handed out customized meal boxes to its students who stay on campus for COVID-19.
As Nanjing is in campaign to contain the spread of the pandemic, students may face a higher risk of infection if they dine in canteens and the use of disposable food container is also a huge waste, said a teacher.
An undergraduate student from the university’s School of Design Art and Media said the meal box is a practical help, and the designs are quite attractive and uplifting.
