The first session of the 2025 “Premium Export Products Tour - Jiangsu Stop” will be held at Nanjing International Exhibition Centre from April 19 to 20.
The Premium Export Products Tour is a nationwide program supported by the Ministry of Commerce to promote the integration of domestic and foreign trade, helping enterprises to cope with external uncertainties and boost consumption.
The Jiangsu edition will feature 280 booths over an exhibition area of 8,000 square metres, covering the categories of textiles and apparel, consumer electronics, pet supplies, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
Wu Haiyun, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce, said that the program is a pragmatic move to respond to the profound shifts underway in the global trade landscape. It represents an innovative effort to stimulate domestic demand, channel export products into the domestic market, and promote the consumption upgrade.
The event will showcase the “Made in Jiangsu” strengths with thousands of high-quality products from more than 200 foreign trade enterprises, including SOHO Holdings and SUMEC Group. In addition to new product launches, the event will highlight products popular in overseas markets, including smart audio-visual devices and health wearables.
The provincial department will also collaborate with relevant agencies to provide on-site consultations for businesses over their concern about certification, intellectual property protection, and financial and insurance services.
Following the event in Nanjing, other cities known for foreign trade will also hold their regional sessions, and support companies to expand e-commerce sales, including setting up online flagship stores.
