Eighteen projects with total investment of 33.148 billion yuan were signed virtually during the opening ceremony of the Yangzhou Flowery March International Economic, Trade and Tourism Festival on April 18, a flagship business and tourism event in the historical and cultural city in Jiangsu Province.

The projects cover fields of high-end equipment, automotive and parts, new power equipment, aerospace and other industries.

At the festival, Yangzhou introduced an "Industrial Park Investment Map" for investors to easily understand the city’s competitive industries, key enterprises, industrial land planning and development fund.

Data shows that Yangzhou attracted 164 new major industrial projects to settle in the city in the first quarter of this year, completing 64.31% of the annual target.
