Lu Hanbin, vice president of CCOA and president of the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, is also the founder of a typewriter museum located on the 7th floor of No. 719 Yan'an West Road in Shanghai’s Changning District.

The museum showcases nearly 300 typewriters from 32 brands, spanning 14 languages, that Lu has carefully collected during his extensive travels to over 80 countries in the past 20 years, including the UK, France, Germany, the United States and Italy. The museum also features a variety of technological antiques.

In addition to the collections, the museum serves as a café, a hub for book lovers, an art exhibition space, and a nice venue for business gatherings, catering to the diverse needs of visitors.

Typewriters from all over the world helps people understand the impact of technology, said Lu, who has participated the 3rd Jiangsu Development Conference. He regards it his mission to introduce outstanding culture from around the world to China and promote China's rich culture to the global community.

Lu was also invited to attend the Huaihe River Chinese Business Conference held in his hometown of Huai’an on May 15.

“This provides an opportunity to not only achieve our own development but also  allow overseas Chinese to contribute to the economic and social development of our hometown," said Lu.
