Between 0:00 and 24:00, July 22, 12 new confirmed local cases of COVID-19 (all under treatment at designated hospitals) were reported in Jiangsu, and two more (inbound) cases were discharged from hospitals. As of 24:00 of the day, 776 confirmed cases (including 121 inbound ones) have been reported in Jiangsu cumulatively, and all have been discharged from hospitals except 23 local and 10 inbound cases, which were still under isolated treatment at designated hospitals.
On July 22, seven new local and one inbound asymptomatic carriers were reported in Jiangsu, and one such case was released from medical supervision. As of 24:00 of the day, 38 (23 inbound and 15 local) asymptomatic cases were under medical supervision in isolation at designated hospitals.
So far, 21,058 close contacts with confirmed cases and asymptomatic carriers have been traced in Jiangsu, 20,156 of whom have been discharged and 902 are still under medical observation.

In light of the complex dynamics of the epidemic, we cannot loosen our efforts in COVID-19 prevention and control. It is advised that those who are suitable for COVID-19 shots should seek inoculation on top of personal protection routines.
1. Act responsibly in COVID-19 control. Maintain good habits for health and take preventive measures. Wash your hands regularly, wear a mask, ventilate rooms more often, reduce unnecessary gatherings, use serving chopsticks and spoons, and dine separately. Seek medical treatment at a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible when symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, stuffy and runny nose, sore throat, and diarrhea show and inform medical staff of your whereabouts and contact history over the previous 14 days. Keep the mask on and avoid using public transport when seeking treatment.
2. Seek inoculation. Inoculation is considered the most effective way against COVID-19. Vaccinating the population in an orderly fashion to build herd immunity serves to mitigate the pandemic’s impacts and end its spread. For the health and safety of yourself and the whole society, each individual is encouraged to take the vaccination. Please take the vaccination on time and in order following the instructions of your community or employer as well as the inoculation procedures.
3. Avoid unnecessary trips to overseas areas and medium and high-risk regions. Those coming to Jiangsu from medium or high-risk regions should cooperate in conducting a 14-day (starting from the date of departure from medium or high-risk regions) medical quarantine in designated facilities. Those coming to Jiangsu from low-risk areas in cities of medium or high risk should inform their community upon arrival in Jiangsu and cooperate in conducting COVID-19 nucleic acid tests.
4. Maintain routine prevention and control. Keep the mask on, cooperate in checking body temperature and keep a one-meter distance with others when you are in public areas such as malls, restaurants, hotels, cinemas and sport stadiums. Properly wear your mask when taking the elevator, public transport and when going to hospitals where you may meet patients with fever or respiratory symptoms, and medical practitioners and transport practitioners in high-risk conditions should especially follow this rule.

7月22日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省内の新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19)新規確定患者が12人(いずれも南京市の指定病院で治療を受けている)と確認され、また完治して新規退院した人は2人(いずれも海外から入国した感染者)であるという。7月22日24時現在、江蘇省では確定患者数は累計776人（そのうち海外からの入国感染者が121人）、指定病院で隔離治療を受けている地元の確定患者の23人及び海外からの入国感染者の10人を除いて、すべての感染者はすでに退院したという。
当日新規の地元の無症状の感染者は7人であり、海外から入国した新規の無症状の感染者は1人と確認されている。7月22日24時現在、集中隔離と医学的管理を受けている無症状の感染者は38人（そのうち海外からの入国感染者は23人、地元の感染者は15人）となるという。
これまで江蘇省では確定感染者・無症状の感染者との濃厚接触者が21058人と確認されたうち、20156人が医学的観察から解除された一方、902人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。

三、必要でない限り、海外及びハイ・ミドルリスク地域に行かないこと。ハイ・ミドルリスク地域に居住歴のある方は、14日間(ハイ・ミドルリスク地域を離れた日より)の隔離医学的観察に協力すること。ハイ・ミドルリスク地域からではないのに、その所在市のローリスク地域から来た人でも、コミュニティーに積極的に報告し、PCR検査に協力すること。
四、常態化の予防・抑制措置を維持すること。ショッピングモール、レストラン、ホテル、映画館、体育館などの公共の場所では、マスクの着用し、検温・健康コードの確認、1メートルの社交距離などの対策に積極的に協力する。公共交通機関やエレベーターを利用する場合や、病院で受診する場合、発熱や呼吸器感染症の患者さんや、医療・交通・運輸業界などで露出リスクが高い人は、マスクを正しく着用すべきこと。

7월22일 0-24시 장쑤성에 코로나19 신규 본토 확진자 12명이 추가었고(모두 닌징시 지정 병원에서 치료를 받고 있다) 2명이 완치되어 퇴원했다(모두 해외 유입 병례). 7월22일 24시 기준 장쑤성 코로나19 확진자 776명 (해외 유입 사례 121명 포함)으로 집계되었는데 지정 병원에서 격리•치료를 받고 있는 본토 확진자 23명과 해외 유입 확진자 10명을 제외하고 기타 확진자들은 모두 완치되어 퇴원했다.

전문가를 의하면 현재 코로나 사태가 여전히 심각하니 방역 통제가 느슨해져서는 안 된다. 개인 방호 의식을 항상 유지하면서 통제 조치를 지지하고 협조하며 코로나 바이러스 백신을 자발적으로 접종한다.
1. 건강 제1책임자 의식을 수립한다. 손 씻기, 마스크 착용, 통풍 자주하기, 모임 적게하기, 공동 수저 사용, 배식제 등 개인위생 습관을 잘 지켜야 한다. 만약 발열, 기침, 무기력, 코막힘, 콧물, 인두통, 근육통 혹은 설사 등 증상이 있으면 즉시 인근 발열 진료소로 가서 진료를 받는 동시 14일 이내의 동선을 보고해야 한다. 진료를 받으러 가는 전 과정에 마스크를 착용하고 가급적 대중교통 이용을 피한다.

3. 필수가 아니면 역외나 중·고위험 지역에 가지 않는다. 중·고위험지역에 체류한 적이 있는 사람은 (중·고위험지역에서 떠날 날로부터) 14일간 격리의학관찰에 협조하기 바란다. 중·고위험지역이 위치한 저위험 도시에서 강소성으로 들어온 사람은 자발적으로 주민단지에 보고하고 핵산 검출에 협조해야 한다.
4. 코로나 상시화 통제 조치를 견지한다. 매장, 식당, 호텔, 극장, 경기장 등 공공장소에서는 마스크 착용, 온도 체크, 1m 라인 등의 조치에 적극 협조한다. 대중교통, 에스컬레이터를 타거나 병원을 찾을 때 발열이나 호흡기 감염 환자 혹은 의료보건, 교통운수 등 고위험 업종의 종업원이 있는 경우, 마스크를 제대로 착용해야 한다.
