Jiangsu held a culture and tourism promotion online and on-site in Shanghai on November 20.
The province’s 13 cities that have subordinate districts and more than 40 companies engaged in culture and tourism showcased their iconic products and services in the event featuring Jiangsu’s unique water-town charms.
Organized by the province’s Department of Culture and Tourism, the event introduced 108 supportive measures in six categories to attract tourists such as free tickets to ten scenic spots graded at 4A level and up to 50% discounts for tickets to landmarks in the 13 cities.
More than 40 businesses from Jiangsu also highlighted a wide range of offerings including creations inspired by intangible cultural heritage. This event represented a major publicity of Jiangsu’s rich culture and tourism resources.
