The Canal's spirit of openness mirrors the development of Menghe Medicine, which blends the ancient wisdom with modern techniques, according to Zhu Jun and Zhou Lingyun, both inheritors of Lanling Cheng's Acupuncture, a branch of Menghe Medicine.

Following the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, the China medical team has brought Menghe Medicine to Malta for more than 30 years, with patients also from other countries across the Mediterranean and the UK.

"We are not just physicians, but translators of ancient wisdom, rendering it into healing language," said Zhou.
