A China-Europe freight train loaded with 260,000 pieces of anti-epidemic materials departed from Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province on April 14, and headed for central Asian countries that are in need of medical supplies in the fight against the novel coronavirus outbreak.
These materials, including surgical masks, thermal imagers, infrared thermometers and protective suits, are donated to the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization by the SCO (Lianyungang) International Logistics Park and the Port of Lianyungang. They will arrive at countries including Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in around a week.
