A ro-ro cargo vessel departed from a terminal in Dafeng Port, Yancheng City on March 18, carrying 2,850 domestic cars, including Geely, Chery and other brands, bound for Mazatlan, Mexico.
This delivery by Yancheng Port Heshun vessel marked the first auto export from the city this year and also the city’s first shipment after China adjusted the COVID-19 response policy earlier this year.
The city’s customs authorities have taken measures to improve the trade environment and reduce the operating costs of enterprises.
