In less than half a month before the due date, the Bureau of Commerce in Xuzhou City went all out to successfully book four stands and organize four local enterprises to take part in the Big 5.

Since 1979, the Big 5 has provided an unmatched platform for construction industry players from around the world to connect, grow, and succeed. It's the largest and most influential portfolio of construction events across the Middle East and Africa.

The four companies from Xuzhou received 277 clients at the exhibition at Dubai World Trade Centre and also paid visits to 38 clients.

Zhou Man, staff member from Xuzhou Guangbiao Building Materials Trading Co Ltd, said the company received about 70 clients at the Big 5 and signed contracts worth $840,000 including deals with old clients.

From now till the first quarter next year, the Bureau of Commerce at the Xuzhou Economic Development Zone will organize key enterprises to participate in leading exhibitions in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy.
