In early May, Suzhou saw off two train trips to Europe, mainly carrying electronic products and electric tools.

Trains from the coastal city of Lianyungang also transported auto parts and electronic products from Japan and South Korea to five Central Asian countries. Goods including ferroalloys and potassium chloride from Central Asia were also delivered to Lianyungang before shipping to other countries through the rail-sea intermodal transport.

SUMEC Group will also export its textile products to Myanmar with the freight train from Nanjing along the China-Laos Railway.
