Wujin District in Changzhou City held a groundbreaking ceremony on February 22 for its 55 key projects that involve a total investment of 50.5 billion yuan, 13.77 billion yuan for the year.
The signature project – Changzhou Xinchuang Tiandi- aims to build an innovation-driven, open and modern IC industry hub that supports industry-city cooperation and university-enterprise collaborative research in the Yangtze River Delta region.
There are 23 projects of intelligent manufacturing equipment, 9 new-generation IT projects, 7 new materials projects, 6 modern service projects, and 4 new energy vehicles and core auto parts projects,
Among all projects, there are two projects above the investment threshold of 10 billion yuan, three projects above 3 billion yuan and four above 1 billion yuan.
