Agreement for 202 projects inked in Yancheng

Yancheng City in Jiangsu Province organized an investment promotion and also opened the 13th Sea Salt Cultural Festival on May 18.

The event, held both online and offline, saw the signing of agreement for 202 projects that involve a total investment of 87.27 billion yuan. Deals for 16 projects, including 5G telecommunication equipment and the Intelligent Connected Vehicle test field, were inked on the site in the main event venue, which also included online signing of agreement for 12 projects. The other 174 projects entered into agreement in various parallel sessions.

"In recent years, we have been proactive to seize development opportunities in national strategies, such as the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the Huaihe River Green Economic Belt, adopted the new growth approach that features opening up, connecting with Shanghai, industrial transformation and green development, and made constant progress in a quality-orientated growth,” said Dai Yuan, secretary of the CPC Yancheng Committee.
