Nanjing has announced ten measures including rental reduction and financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to reduce the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic.
A circular, issued by the CPC Nanjing Committee and Nanjing People’s Government on February 7, introduced the measures to help companies tide over the outbreak.
The specific measures are to increase credit support, grant loans with discounted interest to assist liquidity, address the shortage of workers, reduce the social insurance premium, and facilitate the material supply. Nanjing will also speed up the allocation of subsidy fund, cut expenses in Party and government offices, and improve the government service.
The supportive measures will go into effect on the date of release and will be valid until the end of this year.
