Jiangsu has enforced a 14-day quarantine on all travelers arriving in the coastal province starting from March 23.

The decision was made in response to the rising number of novel coronavirus cases outside China as well as the province’s situation in the COVID-19 fight, according to the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government.

Inbound passengers can also take the 14-day self-isolation at home if they are not fit to the centralized medical observation.
