Birmingham City University opened a poster design exhibition on October 5 in collaboration with Nanjing University of the Arts (NUA).

This exhibition, titled “Community,” showcased outstanding works from the Nanjing International Biennial of Poster for Peace. It featured designs by students and professional graphic designers from NUA as well as contributions from 13 other countries including the United States, France and Germany.

The posters explore the concept of peace through the lenses of individuals, society, and interactions with nature.

Adding to the significance of the event, the exhibition was held in the Birmingham School of Art building, a structure that survived World War II.
