The "Super Loop" high-speed rail in the Yangtze River Delta marked one month of operation on July 15, recording about 110,000 passenger trips and an average occupancy rate of nearly 90%.

The G8388/9/8 service, the first to encircle three provinces and one municipality in the delta region, not only connects key cities including Shanghai, Nanjing, Hefei and Hangzhou, but also links more remote cities within the region to major urban centers. This spillover effect enhances travel among cities of various sizes and contributes to the region’s high-quality integrated development.

As it is the summer travel season, the "Super Loop" has offered easier travel options to tourist destinations across the delta, with approximately 4,000 passengers per day using the line since July 1.

Furthermore, the "Super Loop" also connects major traffic nodes to tourism resources, providing more services to travellers.
