Jiangsu has announced its 3-year action plan (2025-2027) to propel the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry, according to the provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

The action plan focuses on the phased construction of intelligent factories, digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, artificial intelligence applications, industrial Internet and data security, and enhancement of the development environment.

According to the action plan, Jiangsu aims to essentially complete the intelligent transformation of all industrial enterprises above designated size by 2027, achieving significant results in AI application, and taking national lead in new industrialization.
