The Global 6G Conference 2024, co-hosted by the FuTURE Mobile Communication Forum and the Purple Mountain Laboratories, is set to take place in Nanjing from April 16 to 18.

The conference arrives at a pivotal moment as the international organisations, universities, major telecommunication operators and leading enterprises are accelerating their research and cooperation in 6G technology.

It will bring together renowned organizations, including Finland's 6G Flagship, Japan's Fifth Generation Mobile Communication Promotion Forum (5GMF), and Singapore's Future Communications Programme, to foster a diverse platform for contact and exchange. The event will invite scientists, engineers and industry leaders from around the globe to share their insights into 6G.

The conference will feature a general assembly for presentations and parallel forums, focusing on various aspects of 6G development, such as spectrum allocation, new services and applications. Topics also cover the convergence of communication and AI, high-frequency band wireless transmission and devices, future services and applications, and emerging technologies and new materials.

Additionally, the conference will announce the latest achievements in 6G and host an exhibition of advanced accomplishments, offering participants a great opportunity to gain insight into technological innovations.

It will also include a lecture session for young scholars to present their innovative ideas and research findings.

Having been held three times so far, the Global 6G Conference is the most comprehensive international conference in the field of 6G.
