Companies in Jiangsu have intensified their efforts to leverage the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) to capitalize on new development opportunities.
In the first three quarters, Nanjing Customs issued a total of 82,600 RCEP certificates of origin for exports valued at 25.69 billion yuan, marking year-on-year growths of 29.46% and 6.14%, respectively. Both figures ranked first nationwide for the period.
Meanwhile, Jiangsu’s companies benefited from reduced tariffs on imports valued at 13.96 billion yuan in the first nine months, a year-on-year surge of 56.01%.
