The imports and exports of Jiangsu Province in the first four months this year amounted to 1.62 trillion yuan, a decrease of 2.1% year on year, according to the province's Department of Statistics.
The province's exports hit a record high of 1.06 trillion yuan during the period, up 4.4% year on year, and its imports reached nearly 0.56 trillion yuan, down by 12.3% year on year.
