Suzhou released a white paper on its development of innovation-driven industrial clusters and emerging service sectors on Feb. 2.

Suzhou will deepen integration of digital and real economies, advance the digital transformation of industry, and enhance supply chain resilience, according to the meeting.

It will promote the development of modern services, such as intellectual property rights and legal services, in support of advanced manufacturing.

Efforts will also be made to facilitate the industry-academia collaborations, establish laboratories between enterprises and universities, provide quality living environment, and accelerate progress in a number of pilot projects including the Yangtze River Delta International Research and Development Community.
