China Post’s branch in Nanjing City has provided important help to exporters with its overseas warehousing service.
Baoyijia, an enterprise engaged in cross-border e-commerce of mechanical and electrical products, has delivered 2,800 items per month on average from warehouses in the United States. The company moved quickly to increase inventory replenishment ahead of surging of COVID-19 cases and was able to keep a smooth operation.
The Nanjing branch has provided logistics contingency plans and one-stop overseas warehousing service to help companies tap into the international markets.
Jiang Hua, deputy manager of the branch’s international business unit, said China Postal Warehousing Service includes 12 venues in 10 countries, allows a rent-free period of up to 60 days, and also offers efficient delivery services. This provides a good solution for cross-border e-commerce companies to mitigate risks caused by logistics disruptions.
