A viral video on microblogging site Sina Weibo on January 16, 2022 shows a 92-year-old woman in Suzhou City of Jiangsu Province embroidered Chinese characters on a piece of red cloth, to be used for her granddaughter who will get married soon.
According to ancient Chinese customs, exchange of three letters - Betrothal Letter, Gift Letter and Wedding Letter - is required between the two families.
