In the first half of this year, Jiangsu’s coffee imports reached 1.45 billion yuan, ranking first in the country and accounting for 37% of the national total.
Nearly 90% of the imports are raw coffee beans. Companies in the province have actively responded to the demands of the niche coffee market.
Kunshan City has an annual coffee roasting capacity of 63,000 tonnes. It has also built a complete industrial ecosystem spanning distribution, R&D, roasting, sales, and coffee equipment.
