The first Yangtze River Delta Cross-border E-commerce Industry Development Summit opened in Wuxi November 11 alongside with a trade fair.
To better support trade enterprises and advance the delta’s integrated growth, Wuxi launched five public service platforms in fields including electronic components, auto parts and livestreaming.
Jiangsu E-commerce Association and its counterparts in Shanghai, Anhui and Zhejiang jointly released a common development initiative during the summit.
The event also saw the signing of 20 e-commerce deals between the delta’s cities and leading platforms including Alibaba and Amazon. The cities also introduced their support measures for companies to go global.
In addition, Jiangsu announced 34 provincial-level e-commerce parks in the summit. With four zones in a total exhibition space of 30,000 square meters, the fair attracted 600 foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
