Wu Zhenglong, secretary of the CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, met with the visiting delegation led by Sukanto Tanoto, founder and chairman of Singapore-based Royal Golden Eagle (RGE), in Nanjing on October 27.
Wu said that Jiangsu is earnestly studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and will stay committed to the primary task of high-quality development. The coastal province will completely and accurately put into action the new development concept, enhance environmental protection, and strive to blaze a trail of Chinese modernization at high quality in Jiangsu.
Calling RGE a representative of foreign-funded enterprises and overseas Chinese-funded enterprises, Wu said he hopes the company can pursue a long-term development in Jiangsu, play a leading role in driving green growth, and make achievement featuring mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
Jiangsu will continue to create first-class business environment and support the development of overseas Chinese-funded enterprises, according to Wu.
Tanoto said RGE has witnessed great achievements of China in the past ten years and is optimistic about the future of the country and the province. RGE will increase investment and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality development and modernization of Jiangsu.
