The Yangzhou division of the 6th Jiangsu Skills Competition opened on July 20 at Yangzhou Technician College.
The Yangzhou division includes six competition venues and the college will host six events in furniture, floral art, electrician, drone application, health and social care, and electric device.
The Jiangsu Skills Competition, the highest of its kind in the coastal province, is held every two years and includes many regions and occupations. The 6th edition divides participants into student and workers groups, each with 10 formal events and two additional trial events. Held in Yangzhou and Nanjing divisions, the competition issues certificates to the top winner in the workers group and an award of 100,000 yuan.
