Suqian City in Jiangsu Province issued the first batch of 704 cards to better reward high-end talent on February 28. 

The cardholders can enjoy more integrated and streamlined public services for 189 administrative matters in ten fields including children's education, tourism, healthcare, transportation and financing. 

Mr. Zhang, one of the cardholders, said this recognition means he can get a 50% discount when watching a movie and apply for more housing provident fund loans when purchasing the first home in Suqian. 

In addition, Suqian allows cardholders to get free legal advice, receive one-to-one consultation on S&T policy measures, and more financing. Such measures aim to attract top-notch professionals in support of the city’s development.
