The fifth session of the 13th Jiangsu People's Congress (PPC) kicked off in Nanjing, Jan. 20.
The session was chaired by Wu Zhenglong, Jiangsu Provincial Party Chief and also chairman of the standing committee of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress. Xu Kunlin, acting governor of Jiangsu Province, delivered the Provincial Government Work Report on behalf of the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government.
The government work report summarized the major achievements of Jiangsu in 2021, and pointed out the province's blueprint and key tasks in 2022.
