Three cities in Jiangsu recognized on lists of attractive Chinese cities

Suzhou, Nanjing and Wuxi of Jiangsu province are among the most attractive cities to foreigners in 2020, according to a survey released by Foreign Talent Research Center under the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Xi’an, Chengdu, Ningbo, Suzhou, Shenzhen and Qingdao were the top 10 Chinese cities most attractive to foreigners.

Nanjing and Wuxi topped the separate list of 10 most potential cities. The other winners on the list included Wuhan, Tianjin, Kunming, Dongguan, Changsha, Quanzhou, Hefei and Yantai.

First conducted in 2010, the annual survey is aimed at rating the attractiveness of major Chinese cities for foreigners in terms of work, life and the environment. Suzhou has been recognized on the list for ten years in a row.
