Jiangsu Province recently announced 14 measures to accelerate the growth of its modern high-tech service industry, focusing on creating a robust industrial ecosystem.

To develop industrial clusters, Jiangsu aims to deepen market-oriented reforms and adopt a business-oriented approach to stimulate innovation. This approach integrates research and development, technology promotion, and intellectual property services while ensuring high quality. Jiangsu is also fostering new market-oriented R&D organizations, intermediaries, and R&D outsourcing service providers.

To create a robust ecosystem for industrial development, Jiangsu plans to enhance financial services and supports new type of R&D institutions, high-tech parks, incubators, and university science parks in cultivating service companies to bolster emerging industries.
