China's first public service platform powered by digital twin technology was recently launched in Suzhou City, thanks to cooperation among the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), and the Digital Twin Technology Application Working Committee of the Internet Society of China. 

In recent years, digital twin technology has been applied across various industries, aiding in the digital transformation of manufacturing, enhancing urban governance efficiency, and supporting the protection of cultural heritage. The application helps conduct comprehensive testing and the search for most cost-effective solutions. 

The Suzhou Industrial Park has actively supported the innovative development of digital twin technology to become a leading industrial hub with over 140 related entities across six fields, such as modeling, visual rendering, interactive control, and geographic information systems. 

The new platform serves as a bridge connecting government, businesses, and the market, and caters to the needs of various user types. It includes eight functional modules such as industry development and collaborative innovation. In addition to offering nearly 150 professional services, the platform highlights nearly 120 technological products, solutions, and outstanding cases.
