The 7th Future Network Development Conference will open in Nanjing on August 24, featuring nearly 20 activities, including the release of major achievements in networking and communications, according to a press conference held on August 3.
The conference will also include a summit meeting and 14 forums, focusing on the up-to-date network technologies and development trends. More than 100 participants, including experts and representatives from leading enterprises, will participate in the conference.
At the opening ceremony, the Purple Mountain Laboratories will announce three major accomplishments in the fields of networking and communications. The conference also plans to highlight innovations in future network test facilities, operating systems, 6G, network intelligence, and the breakthroughs made by leading enterprises.
In addition, the Future Network Science and Technology Innovation Competition, which has attracted students from more than 80 universities across the country, will announce the results during the conference.
The conference will also witness the signing of some key projects associated with 5G, industrial Internet and Big Data, with the aim of accelerating the application and commercialization of breakthroughs in networking and communications.
